Free Delivery on all orders over £100*

How we work

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a business day (Monday – Friday) will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm may not be shipped until the next business day.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5pm.

Orders placed after business hours will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday – Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

Next Day shipping on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Call us for Saturday delivery options.

Delivery Costs – Non Machine

Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via DPD. *To qualify for this you must have spent £100

Any orders below £100 will incur a carriage charge depending on your region in the UK:

For England this cost is £7

We do not deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to United Kingdom Mainland Only.

Unfortunately we do NOT currently deliver to Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Island, Offshore Islands, Channel Island and Isle of Wight.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

At the time of ordering you can also provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help our carrier once your order has been despatched. Typically, this could include leaving an order with a neighbour or perhaps in a safe place if you are not home. We will pass your contact telephone number and delivery instructions on to our carrier to aid delivery – who will then either call the contact number provided or leave a card to let you know where to find your order if it has been left, or what to do next if we have missed you. Please note the contact number you provide will not be used for marketing purposes.

Also, any Delivery Instruction you give will not be read by our team prior to your order being despatched and should only be intended to aid our carrier once they are in receipt of your order. Please note we would recommend that you do not send your order to a PO Box (larger or multiple item orders sent to a PO Box address may not be delivered).

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets

Returns Policy

Of course! We offer a hassle-free refund and return policy service up to 30 days from the date you received your order but we’d also like to know what’s upset you so we can make it better.


The item you wish to return must be unopened and in a re-saleable state and we do reserve the right to withhold at any time. All shipping back to Hub Coffee is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Hub Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
