If you place your order by 3pm and we will aim to process it the next working day. Working days are Mon – Friday, if you order after 3pm on Thursday then it will be processed the following Monday. Items will be posted to the address received during the checkout process.

Of course! We offer a hassle-free refund and return policy service up to 30 days from the date you received your order but we’d also like to know what’s upset you so we can make it better.

The item you wish to return must be unopened and in a re-saleable state and we do reserve the right to withhold at any time. All shipping back to Hub Coffee is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Hub Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If you wish to amend your shipping address you can do this through the ‘My Account’ page. Select the ‘Addresses’ Tab and there you can change/add an address.

If your order was shipped via TNT you will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. If you place your order by 3pm and we will aim to process it the next working day.

We currently only ship to the UK mainland.

On the day you pick for a subscription we’ll automatically reorder that same day the following weeks or months and aim to ship to you within 1-3 days.

Simply pay for your first week/month when you are setting up your coffee subscription then your subscription will repeat payment every month until failed or cancelled. 

We provide free delivery on all coffee subscription with no minimum order spend. If you have other items in your basket with a subscription then the total basket will be free delivery. 

Yes, there are no hidden fees or contracts, you can cancel or pause at any time.

 

When you set up your subscription it states:

 

PRICE every 2 weeks for 52 weeks

PRICE every month for 12 months

 

  1. The price of your subscription cannot change or be modified during the course of the period stated.
  2. The period of time is not a contract .
  3.  If you no longer wish to receive your coffee subscription you can cancel it through your Hub account.
